Spoilers for episode 2x07 - Burial.
➽ OMGGG I literally said last week that I thought Lottie's psychiatrist would be revealed to be the Antler Queen! I guess I was just a bit early. xD
➽ I adore Lottie more and more every episode. Someone on reddit said her entire life is basically learned helplessness, and I totally agree. Like, it doesn't even matter at which part of it you look at. Even after she created a whole cult / community on her own (?), she still 'does what needs to be done' without much agency.
➽ "Even more of them are here now" instead of "all of them are here now" is such a strong indication that we haven't seen all the survivors yet!
➽ Shauna has the darkest ideas abouteverything the purpose of taking care of baby goats.
➽ No one let Misty pick 'forage', which is hilarious and 100% justified, considering what happened the last time Misty foraged.
➽ I'm intrigued by the title because the burial took only one short scene (and yeah, indirectly triggered Shauna to beat up Lottie, but still). Is it also something like the metaphorical burial of the adult characters, doing whatever it is they're doing right now? Such as CELEBRATING SNOW.
➽ I just LOVE the flow of the conversation the adults had at the end. It keeps bumping into all these painful walls (and Misty's 'remember whens') and then they just pick it back up over and over again and let it continue as if they have been best friends for decades.
➽ The Sadecki family picture sprayed with blood in the preview, omg! I don't have a theory (because of having too many theories, all of which sound plausible to me), I just want to OMG about this.
