I don't assume. (Unless they act bonkers in general, of course. ;D But it has little to do with UFO.)

I'm 99,9% sure that "aliens" exist. It's pretty much impossible that in the whole vast Universe the only intelligent beings live on Earth. But I don't think the "aliens" have ever visited Earth. Even assuming they have the technology (and their technology doesn't have to be what our will be in 1000 years, it can as well be what our was 1000 years ago - after all, what is 1000 years compared to a few million years?), even assuming they have maps of the Universe that include Earth... I just don't think they have a reason to visit every little planet they might know of, let alone secretly do things to its comparatively primitive inhabitants.

I agree! This is especially why I've gotten so interested in sci-fi...and astronomy, lol. There's so much out there that we don't know, beyond our imagination.

Yeah. It makes me really sad that I probably won't be here long enough to see us travel in deep space and discover new life. You know it probably has to be out there, it's just going to take us years and years and years to get there. Hopefully in our life time we'll make it, but I'm just like wow, imagine what it's going to be like 2 or 3 hundred years from now!
