facethestrange➽ I finally made myself this icon, I've wanted to have it since this episode aired. ♡ Some rambling that is spoilery for S2 of Yellowjackets: This is hands-down my favorite scene from this season. (Well, this and the Nugget reveal, for the sheer shock of it.) And I just re-watched it to get the screencap, and it's so interesting to watch it knowing that it's been Natalie's shadow all along. Even the angle of it in this scene makes much more sense than Lottie's.
Also I've been re-watching random Yellowjackets scenes in general (so much that I just started a full re-watch today :D), and Jackie telling Shauna that she's "better at cutting up dead things" sure hits different in hindsight.
