Prompt 6: Hyacinth
Hyacinths symbolize jealousy, a desire for forgiveness, joy, and sincerity, depending on the flower color. Yellow hyacinths are linked to jealousy, purple flowers mean you're seeking forgiveness, and blue hyacinths are tied to sincere care.
And again, one not self-rec and one self rec. :)

Summary:
Ciri’s knees almost buckle, the blood draining from her face and her scent going sour with pain and fear. He catches her by the arm reflexively, startled when she staggers, but that appears to make it worse. Geralt whips around to look at her when she can’t quite smother the pained sound in the back of her throat, but she instantly stands up straighter when she meets his gaze. She doesn’t pull out of Lambert’s grasp, though, just stands there, gritting her teeth and shaking.
Lambert lets go of her arm, takes a step back. “Does that hurt?” he asks, because he hadn’t even hit her that hard, what the fuck?
Ciri blinks at him, looking a little dazed on top of being ashen. “Isn’t… that why you did it?”
Rather abruptly, Lambert stops feeling anything at all.
(Lambert somehow became everyone he ever hated as a child.)

It really is time to show Crowley's plants the kindness they deserve, whether they are perfect or not. Especially when they're not. Even Crowley knows that, but it doesn't mean that this change of perspective is easy for him.
